چکیده

The increasing use of engineered nanoparticles (ENPs) in consumer products has led to their increased presence natural water systems. Here, we present a critical overview the studies that analyzed fate and transport behavior ENPs using real environmental samples. We focused on cerium dioxide, titanium silver, carbon nanotubes, zinc oxide, widely used products. Under field scale settings, transformation rates subsequently physicochemical properties (e.g., toxicity bioavailability) are primarily influenced by modes interactions among organic matter. Other typical parameters include factors related chemistry, hydrodynamics, surface electronic ENPs. Overall, future nanomanufacturing processes should fully consider health, safety, impacts without compromising functionality

Aquatic environmental nanoparticles.

Researchers are now discovering that naturally occurring environmental nanoparticles can play a key role in important chemical characteristics and the overall quality of natural and engineered waters. The detection of nanoparticles in virtually all water domains, including the oceans, surface waters, groundwater, atmospheric water, and even treated drinking water, demonstrates a distribution ne...

Down Syndrome: Current Status, Challenges and Future Perspectives

Down syndrome (DS) is a birth defect with huge medical and social costs, caused by trisomy of whole or part of chromosome 21. It is the most prevalent genetic disease worldwide and the common genetic cause of intellectual disabilities appearing in about 1 in 400-1500 newborns. Although the syndrome had been described thousands of years before, it was named after John Langdon Down who described ...
